الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مفهوم التحول الرقمي، وتطوره، وضرورة الانتقال نحو التحول الرقمي في مجال التربية، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى دراسة واقع التحول الرقمي في المدارس الفلسطينية، وبناء تصور حول تطويره في المنظومة التعليمية بصفة عامة، وربما تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات القليلة التي تعني بوضع بيداغوجي للتعلم الرقمي؛ الذي أضحى ضرورة اجتماعية وتربوية لا يمكن إغفالها نظراً للتطور السريع والمتلاحق في مجال التحول الرقمي والرقمنة، وحاجة النظام التعليمي لمثل هذه الدراسات لمتخذي القرار وصانعي السياسات التربوية لاتخاذ القرارات المبنية على الدراسات الميدانية.
اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي كونه الأنسب لدراسة هذه الظاهرة، حيث تم تطوير مقابلة فردية مع (12) خبير تربوي، وجهت إليهم أسئلة محورية تتعلق بواقع التحول الرقمي، والتحديات التكنولوجية الحديثة في المنظومة التعليمية، والوعي بأهمية التحول الرقمي ومتطلباته؛ وبناءً على نتائج هذه الدراسة، نؤكد أهمية تبني التحول الرقمي، وضرورة تطوير مكونات العملية التعليمية التعلمية من أجل مواكبتها للتطورات المتلاحقة والمتسارعة للمستجدات التكنولوجية، وقد أكدوا على أهمية العمل على مرتكزات العملية التعليمية لمواكبة المستجدات التكنولوجية، وقد بني أتصور هذه الدراسة على تطوير ثلاثة محاور رئيسية هي: محور تأهيل المعلمين قبل وأثناء الخدمة، ومحور المناهج التعليمية، ومحور البنية التحتية، كما يسجل التصور مجموعة من المقترحات والإجراءات التي لتيسير وتسهيل إدراج التحول الرقمي في التعليم

Abstract
The study aims to analyze the concept of digital transformation, its development, and the necessity of moving towards digital transformation in the field of education. The study also aims to study the reality of digital transformation in Palestinian schools, and build a vision about its development in the educational system in general. This study may be considered one of the few studies that means by developing a pedagogical approach to digital learning; Which has become a social and educational necessity that cannot be ignored due to the rapid and successive development in the field of digital transformation and digitization, and the educational system’s need for such studies for decision makers and educational policy makers to make decisions based on field studies.
The study adopted the descriptive approach as it is the most appropriate to study this phenomenon, where an individual interview was developed with (12) educational experts, who were asked pivotal questions related to the reality of digital transformation, modern technological challenges in the educational system, and awareness of the importance of digital transformation and its requirements. Based on the results of this study, we stress the importance of adopting digital transformation, and the necessity of developing the components of the educational-learning process in order to keep pace with the successive and rapid developments of technological innovations, they stressed the importance of working on the foundations of the educational process to keep pace with technological developments. The vision of this study was based on developing three main pillars: the pre-service and in-service teacher training, the educational curricula, and the infrastructure. The vision also records a set of proposals and procedures to facilitate incorporating digital transformation into education.
