الملخص:
هدفت الدرسة التعرف الى مستوى الذات الايجابية والذكاء الانفعالي والعلاقة بينهما لدى معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في المحافظات الشمالية/فلسطين.
استخدم المنهج الوصفي والارتباطي نظرا لملائمه لاهداف الدراسة. وتكونت العينة من (500) معلما ومعلمة للتربية الرياضية في المحافظات الشمالية من فلسطين من خلال المسح الشامل – في حدود علم الباحث- للدراسات السابقة والأدب التربوي المرتبط بموضوع الذكاء الانفعالي لدى المعلمين مثل دراسات كل(حنون،2001)،(اليعقوب،ابو زيد،1987)،(عبد الظاهر،1990).و بموضوع الذكاء الانفعالي لدى المعلمين مثل دراسات كل من (عبدالعال،2022) ودراسة (المصدر،2013) ودراسة (دانيال،2020) ودراسة (خوالدة،2004) ودراسة (الناشيء،2005)، قام الباحث بتصميم أداة لقياس الذكاء الانفعالي لدى معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية، حيث تكونت الأداة بصورتها النهائية من (29) فقرة. وتطلبت الاستجابة على الفقرات خمس استجابات (1- 5) كما أعدت بطريقة ليكرت للسلم أو التدريج الخماسي وهي: أوافق بشدة (5) درجات، أوافق (4) درجات، محايد (3) درجات، لا أوافق (درجتان)، لا أوافق بشدة (درجة واحدة)، وكانت الاستجابة معكوسة للفقرات السلبية (11، 16، 17).
توصلت نتائج الدراسةالى ان الوسط الحسابي كان مرتفع (3.88) الذات الايجابية، والذكاء الانفعالي (3.75) ووجود علاقة دالة احصائيا بين الذات الايجابية والذكاء الانفعالي.
أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من اهمها:ضرورة توفير ورشات عمل وبرامج تدريبية خاصة باالذات الايجابية والذكاء الانفعالي لتحقيق التكامل في عملية التدريس في مختلف الجوانب البدنية والمهارية والنفسية.

Abstract:
Objectives: The study aimed to identify the level of positive self-esteem and emotional intelligence and the relationship between them among male and female physical education teachers in the northern governorates/Palestine.
Methods: The descriptive and correlational approach was used due to its suitability to the objectives of the study. The sample consisted of (500) physical education teachers in the northern governorates of Palestine through a comprehensive survey – to the best of the researcher’s knowledge – of previous studies and educational literature related to the subject of emotional intelligence among teachers, such as studies by (Hanoun, 2001), (Al-Yaqoub, Abu Zaid, 1987), (Abdul Zaher, 1990). With regard to the subject of emotional intelligence among teachers, such as the studies of (Abdel-Aal, 2022), the study (Al-Masdar, 2013), the study (Daniel, 2020), the study (Khawaldeh, 2004), and the study (Al-Nashe’, 2005), the researcher designed a tool to measure emotional intelligence among male and female teachers. Physical education, where the tool in its final form consisted of (29) items. Responding to the paragraphs required five responses (1-5) It was also prepared using the Likert method for the five-point scale, which is: strongly agree (5 degrees), agree (4 degrees), neutral (3 degrees), disagree (2 degrees), strongly disagree (1 degree), and the response was reversed for the negative items (11 , 16, 17).
Results: The results of the study showed that the arithmetic mean was high (3.88) for the positive self and emotional intelligence (3.75) and that there was a statistically significant relationship between the positive self and emotional intelligence.
Conclusion: The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of providing workshops and training programs specifically for the positive self and emotional intelligence to achieve integration in the teaching process in various physical, skill and psychological aspects.
