ملخص البحث:
تتمحور عناصر البحث حول المآل من حيث المفهوم والمنطلقات والأداء الوظيفي في فقه السنّة النبويّة، ولا سبيل للوقوف على خصوصيّة هذا المعطى التطبيقي دون الرّجوع إلى مدوّنة السنّة النبويّة باعتبارها الترجمة العمليّة لحقائق الإسلام، والنّموذج الحيّ في فهم التطبيقات النبويّة الّتي تحقّقت فيها مقاصد التشريع، وهو ما يساهم في ترشيد فقه السنّة وضبط مسالك تنزيل الأحكام.
لذلك يخلص البحث إلى التأكيد على حضور مبدأ اعتبار المآل في السنّة النّبويّة وحضوره العملي في التطبيق النّبوي لمقتضيات الإسلام ومقاصده.

Abstract
The research focuses on the concept، principles، and functional performance of the Prophet’s Sunnah، and there is no way to understand the specificity of this practical data without referring to the Prophetic Sunnah as the practical translation of the truths of Islam. It is also the living model for understanding the prophetic applications in which the objectives of legislation were achieved، which contributes to rationalizing the jurisprudence of the Sunnah and regulating the methods of applying rulings.
Therefore، the research concludes by emphasizing the presence of the principle of consideration of consequences in the Prophetic Sunnah and its practical presence in the Prophetic application of the requirements and objectives of Islam.
