الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة تأثير إضافة تراكيز مختلفة من مستخلص العرق سوس (1، 3، 5) غ/ل وذلك في إنبات بذور نباتي الختمية وشب الليل، حيث أجريت التجارب في مخبر البساتين في كلية الزراعة بدير الزور في جامعة الفرات.
بينت نتائج البحث أن إضافة مستخص العرق سوس بالتراكيز المدروسة لبذور نبات الختمية أدي لارتفاع متوسط عدد البذور النابتة وبشكل معنيو مقارنة مع الشاهد، في حين أن هذه الإضافة لم يكن لها أي تأثير معنوي بالنسبة لعدد البذور النابتة لبذور نبات شب الليل، لكن بالنسبة لسرعة الإنبات والتي ارتفعت في نبات شب الليل وبشكل معنوي عند إضافة التركيزين (3 و5) غ/ل مقارنة مع عدم تأثر سرعة الانبات بالنسبة لنبات الختمية عند إضافة التراكيز الثلاثة.
وارتفع معدل ظهور بادرات نبات الختمية وبشكل معنوي عند إضافة التركيز (5غ/ل)، بينما ارتفع في بذور نبات شب الليل عند إضافة التركيز ين (1 و3) غ/ل، كما وجدت علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين معدل ظهور البادرات وسرعة الانبات.

Abstract
This research aims to study the effect of adding different concentrations of licorice extract (1, 3, 5) g/l on the germination of the seeds of the marshmallow and nightshade plants, where the experiments were conducted in the Horticulture Laboratory at the Faculty of Agriculture in Deir Ezzor at Al-Furat University.
The results of the research showed that adding licorice extract at the studied concentrations to the seeds of the marshmallow plant led to a significant increase in the average number of germinated seeds compared to the control, while this addition had no significant effect on the number of germinated seeds of the nightshade plant seeds, but on the germination speed, which increased in the nightshade plant significantly when adding the concentrations (3 and 5) g/l compared to the lack of effect on the germination speed for the marshmallow plant when adding the three concentrations.
The rate of emergence of the marshmallow plant seedlings increased significantly when adding the concentration (5 g/l), while it increased in the seeds of the nightshade plant when adding the concentrations (1 and 3) g/l, and a significant correlation was found between the rate of emergence of the seedlings and the germination speed.
