الملخّص
إنّ تاريخ الأديان هو دراسة للظاهرة الدّينية وتتبّع لمراحلها من أجل بيان مميّزاتها وأثرها على المجتمع، سيما وأنّها ظاهرة قديمة قدم الوجود الإنساني، وهو ما جعل علماء الأديان والأنثروبولوجيا والأركيولوجيا والفينومينولوجيا والفيلولوجيا يعرّفون الإنسان بكونه كائنا متديّنا.
ضمن هذا الأفق ارتأيت القيام بحفريات في الطقوس والشعائر الدينية في الديانة الهندوسية لأنّ الحفر في معتقدات الأمم سيتيح لنا الاطلاع على الآخر، والإحاطة بمنظومته الفكرية والفلسفية، والولوج إلى الأسباب والدوافع الكامنة خلف معتقداته، فضلا عن تبيّن طبيعة العلاقات العمودية بينه وبين الآلهة التي يقدّسها وانعكاسها على العلاقات الأفقية بين مختلف طبقاتها الاجتماعية.
علما وأنّ الديانة الهندوسية من أكثر النظم التعبّدية تعقيدا فهي ديانة تتداخل فيها الميتولوجيا والميتافيزيقا وتجمع بين الأضداد كالقول بالتوحيد والتعدّد ،كما أنّها لا تخلو من وثنية، تقدّس الحيوان وتحقّر الإنسان ذلك أنّ التقسيم الطبقي الذي تتّبعه يفتقد لأبسط قواعد احترام الكرامة الانسانية رغم أنّ تشريعاتها تلتقي في بعض مضامينها التي تدعو إلى التوحيد مع التشريعات السماوية والقيم الإنسانية .

ABSTRACT
The history of religions is a study of the religious phenomenon and a tracking of its stages in order to show its characteristics and its impact on society, especially since it is a phenomenon as old as human existence, which made scholars of religions, anthropology, archeology, phenomenology and philology define man as a religious being.
Within this horizon, I decided to dig into the rituals and religious rites of Hinduism because digging into the beliefs of nations will allow us to see the other, to understand his intellectual and philosophical system, and to access the reasons and motives behind his beliefs, as well as to identify the nature of the vertical relations between him and the gods he sanctifies and their reflection on the horizontal relations between its various social classes.
Note that Hinduism is one of the most complex systems of worship. It is a religion in which mythology and metaphysics overlap and combine opposites such as monotheism and polytheism. It is not without paganism, which sanctifies animals and despises man, because the class division it follows lacks the most basic rules of respect for human dignity, although its legislation meets in some of its contents that call for unification with divine legislation and human values.
