الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الإرشاد النفسي في دعم الموظفين في المؤسسات التربوية بمحافظة إدلب من وجهة نظر الموظفين، وذلك من خلال التركيز على إسهام الإرشاد النفسي في تعزيز الصحة النفسية والتكيف الاجتماعي والتقليل من ضغوط العمل. تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في المؤسسات التربوية بالمحافظة من معلمين وإداريين ومتخصصين في الإرشاد النفسي، فيما اختيرت عينة قوامها (200) موظف وزعت بطريقة عشوائية بما يضمن تمثيل فئات المجتمع التربوي المختلفة.
واعتمدت الباحثة على استبانة أُعدّت في ضوء الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة، وتكونت بصورتها النهائية من (10) بنود تقيس بعدًا واحدًا هو “دور الإرشاد النفسي في دعم الموظفين”. جرى التحقق من صدق الأداة عن طريق التحكيم والاتساق الداخلي، كما تم التأكد من ثباتها باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ والتجزئة النصفية، وجاءت معاملات الصدق والثبات ضمن الحدود المقبولة لأغراض البحث. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يقوم على جمع البيانات الميدانية وتحليلها إحصائيًا باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، حيث استُخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لاختبار الفرضيات، إضافة إلى اختبار (t) للعينات المستقلة لبيان الفروق بين المتغيرات الديموغرافية.
حيثُ أظهرت النتائج أن دور الإرشاد النفسي في دعم الموظفين كان متوسطًا بشكل عام، ولم تُسجّل فروق دالة تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، بينما ظهرت فروق لصالح المؤسسات الخاصة، وكذلك لصالح الموظفين ذوي الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر). وبناءً على النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز برامج الإرشاد النفسي المستمرة في المؤسسات التربوية، وتبني سياسات قيادية داعمة للصحة النفسية، والتركيز على دعم الموظفين الجدد، فضلًا عن تشجيع المؤسسات الحكومية على الاستفادة من تجارب المؤسسات الخاصة، وإجراء بحوث لاحقة تربط الإرشاد النفسي بمستويات الأداء والرضا الوظيفي.

Abstract:
The study aimed to examine the role of psychological counseling in supporting employees in educational institutions in Idlib Governorate from their perspective, with a focus on its contribution to enhancing mental health, social adjustment, and reducing work-related stress. The study population consisted of all employees in the governorate’s educational institutions, including teachers, administrators, and psychological counselors. A sample of 200 employees was randomly selected to ensure representation of the various groups within the educational sector.
The researcher employed a questionnaire developed in light of theoretical literature and previous studies. The final version consisted of 10 items measuring a single dimension, namely “the role of psychological counseling in supporting employees.” The validity of the instrument was verified through expert review and internal consistency, while its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s Alpha and split-half methods, with results indicating acceptable levels for research purposes. The descriptive-analytical approach was applied, involving data collection and statistical analysis using SPSS. Means, standard deviations, and independent samples t-tests were used to examine the hypotheses and demographic differences.
The findings revealed that the role of psychological counseling in supporting employees was generally moderate. No significant differences were found based on gender, while differences in favor of private institutions and employees with ten years of experience or more were identified. Based on these results, the study recommended enhancing continuous psychological counseling programs in educational institutions, adopting leadership policies supportive of mental health, focusing on new employees, encouraging public institutions to benefit from private sector practices, and conducting further research linking psychological counseling to job performance and satisfaction.
