الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة آراء المعلمات في منطقة المثلث حول توظيف استراتيجية السرد القصصي في التدريس، مع التركيز على الفوائد والمعوقات التي تواجههن أثناء تطبيقها. تم استخدام المنهج الكمي لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على 42 معلمة في المنطقة. أظهرت النتائج أن المعلمات يواجهن عدة معوقات خلال تطبيق السرد القصصي، أبرزها الوقت المحدود وتنوع مستويات الطلبة، حيث يصعب تكييف القصص لتناسب جميع الطلبة. رغم هذه التحديات، أبدت المعلمات رأيًا إيجابيًا تجاه فعالية السرد القصصي في تعزيز التفاعل والفهم لدى الطلبة. كما أظهرت النتائج ضرورة توفير موارد تعليمية مناسبة لدعم استخدام السرد القصصي بفعالية. بالإضافة الى حاجة المعلمات إلى الوقت للجهوزية والتحضير، وكذلك المزيد من برامج التدريب والتطوير المهني. استنادًا إلى هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بإعداد ورش تدريبية مهنية للمعلمين في منطقة المثلث تركز على مهارات تطبيق السرد القصصي، وتوفير موارد تعليمية متنوعة تشمل القصص المطبوعة والرقمية القابلة للتكيف مع احتياجات الفئات العمرية والقدرات المختلفة للطلبة.

Abstract
The study aimed to explore teachers’ opinions of the benefits and challenges of using storytelling as a teaching strategy in the Triangle area. The study used a quantitative method, specifically a questionnaire, to collect data from 42 female teachers. The results revealed that teachers face several obstacles in applying storytelling, with the most prominent being limited time and the diversity of students’ levels, which makes it difficult to adapt stories for all students. Despite these challenges, teachers expressed a positive opinion of storytelling’s effectiveness in enhancing student interaction and understanding. The results also highlighted the need for appropriate educational resources to support the effective use of storytelling. Furthermore, teachers emphasized the importance of more preparation time and professional development opportunities. Based on these findings, it is recommended to organize professional development workshops focusing on storytelling techniques and to provide a variety of educational resources, including both printed and digital stories that can be adapted to different age groups and student abilities.
