الملخص
لتعزيز جودة مخرجات التعليم الجامعي، يجب استكشاف مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وقياسها. وتعتبر مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية قيمة قابلة للقياس تشرح فعالية المؤسسة وكيف تحقق الأهداف الرئيسية. تستخدم المؤسسات مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للتأكد من أنها تسير في الاتجاه الصحيح أم لا. تم تطوير العديد من مؤشرات مؤسسات التعليم العالي من قبل ، لكن السؤال الرئيسي هو كيفية اختيار المؤشرات التي تناسب المؤسسة لتحقيق الأهداف وكيفية قياس هذه المؤشرات. تقدم هذه الورقة نموذجًا لاستكشاف وقياس مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية باستخدام تقنية التنقيب عن النص واستخراج الميزات وقياس المؤشرات تلقائيًا بدلاً من الأساليب التقليدية للاستكشاف القائم على الاستبيان، ونقيس مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لمعرفة تأثير استكشاف مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية هذه على الأداء العام في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. تم جمع البيانات الخاصة بهذه الدراسة، من خلال أدوات منهجية، وتم الاعتماد على عدد من المؤشرات الرئيسية التي قامت عليها الدراسة وتشمل هذه المؤشرات كل من التعليم والتعلم، الطلاب، اعضاء هيئه التدريس، البحث العلمي، الحكومة والقيادة والادارة، الرسالة والرؤية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي. والموارد المؤسسية، والدراسات العليا، وجوده ومخرجات التعليم الجامعي، بالإضافة إلى جوده الخريجين، والبرامج التدريسية المقدمة للمجتمع، ثم المؤتمرات والندوات والبحوث. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل لعدد من النتائج أوردها في نتائج الدراسة منها ما يتعلق بوزن كل مؤشر من مؤشرات الأداء على جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي.

Abstract
In order to improve the quality of university education outcomes, it is important to examine and assess key performance indicators (KPIs). KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, are quantifiable metrics used to assess the efficiency and success of a company in attaining its primary objectives. Organizations utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ascertain if they are progressing in the correct trajectory or not. Several metrics for higher educational institutions have been previously created. However, the primary concern is determining the appropriate indicators that align with the institution’s objectives and effectively measuring these indicators. This study introduces a model that use text mining technology and feature extraction to explore and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Instead of relying on traditional questionnaire-based methods, the program automatically measures indicators. KPIs are measured to assess the influence of investigating these indicators on the overall performance of higher education institutions. The data for this study was gathered using methodological instruments, and several crucial indicators were utilized, including teaching and learning, students, faculty members, scientific research, government, leadership and management, mission, vision, and strategic planning. The topics encompassed in this text include the resources provided by institutions, the study programs for advanced degrees, the impact and outcomes of university education, the caliber of graduates, the educational programs supplied to the public, as well as conferences, seminars,, and research activities. The researcher employed the descriptive analytical approach and derived several findings, which were outlined in the study’s results. These findings included the quantification of the impact of each performance indicator on the quality of Higher Education outcomes Quality principles, Quality of university, education outcomes, KPIs
