تناولت الدراسة أثر التحول الرقمي على تميز الأعمال الفندقية في السودان. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أنه رغم ما يوفره التحول الرقمي من فرص للنهوض بالأعمال الفندقية، إلا أن كثيراً من الفنادق السودانية لم تستثمر بعد إمكاناته بالصورة المثلى إذ ما زالت بعض الفنادق تعتمد على الأساليب التقليدية في الإدارة والخدمات مما يضعف قدرتها على المنافسة إقليمياً ودولياً، تكتسب أهمية هذه الدراسة أهميتها من كونها تسلط الضوء على جانب حيوي في قطاع الفنادق، الذي يُعد من الركائز الاقتصادية في العديد من الدول. كما أنها تقدم إطارًا تحليليًا يساعد أصحاب القرار في الفنادق على فهم التحول الرقمي وتوظيفه بشكل فعّال. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تساهم الدراسة في إثراء الأدبيات العلمية المتعلقة بتميز الأعمال الفندقية، وتفتح المجال لدراسات مستقبلية تركز على الابتكار والاستدامة في هذا القطاع المتجدد. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التحول الرقمي على أبعاد تميز الأعمال الفندقية (جودة الخدمات الفندقية، تحسين رضا النزلاء، تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية). اتبعت الدراسة والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أن استخدام التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة مثل (أنظمة الحجز الإلكتروني والتطبيقات الذكية) ساهم في رفع مستوى جودة الخدمات الفندقية وتحسين تجربة النزلاء. أوضحت النتائج أن التحول الرقمي أدى إلى تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية في الفنادق من خلال تقليل التكاليف وتسريع الإجراءات الإدارية وتحسين الموارد. أشارت النتائج إلى أن التحول الرقمي ساهم في زيادة رضا النزلاء نتيجة السعة في تقديم الخدمات ودقتها وملائمة احتياجاتهم الفردية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني استراتيجية رقمية شاملة داخل الفنادق تتماشى مع أهدافها الاستراتيجية وخططها التشغيلية. تدريب وتأهيل العاملين على استخدام الأنظمة الرقمية الحديثة لضمان كفاءة التطبيق واستدامته. الاستمثار في البنية التحتية التقنية وتحديث الأنظمة الرقمية بشكل مستمر لتلبية متطلبات السوق والمستهلكين.

Abstract:
This study examined the impact of digital transformation on hotel excellence in Sudan. The problem of the study was that, despite the opportunities digital transformation provides for the advancement of hotel businesses, many Sudanese hotels have not yet optimally capitalized on its potential. Some hotels still rely on traditional management and service methods, which weakens their ability to compete regionally and internationally. The importance of this study stems from the fact that it highlights a vital aspect of the hotel sector, which is one of the economic pillars in many countries. It also provides an analytical framework that helps hotel decision-makers understand digital transformation and employ it effectively. In addition, the study contributes to enriching the scientific literature related to hotel excellence and opens the way for future studies focusing on innovation and sustainability in this evolving sector. The study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation on the dimensions of hotel excellence (quality of hotel services, improved guest satisfaction, and improved operational efficiency). The study followed a descriptive and analytical approach. The study concluded that the use of modern digital technologies such as electronic reservation systems and smart applications contributed to raising the level of hotel service quality and improving the guest experience. The results showed that digital transformation improved operational efficiency in hotels by reducing costs, accelerating administrative procedures, and optimizing resources. The results indicated that digital transformation contributed to increased guest satisfaction due to the capacity and accuracy of service provision and its suitability to individual needs. The study recommended the adoption of a comprehensive digital strategy within hotels that aligns with their strategic objectives and operational plans. It also recommended training and qualifying employees on the use of modern digital systems to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of implementation. It also recommended investing in technical infrastructure and continuously updating digital systems to meet market and consumer demands.
