ملخص البحث
تحتل الخصائص المورفولوجية مكاناً مرموقاً في الأنشطة الرياضية فهي تتيح الفرصة لدراسة العلاقة بين الأداء المهاري ومواصفات الجسم، فالخصائص المورفولوجية تلعب دورا فاعلا في تعلم مهارات كرة اليد، حيث يمتاز لاعبيها بخصائص جسمية تميزهم عن غيرهم من اللاعبين للألعاب الاخرى، وذلك نظراً لارتفاع مستوي الأداء وسرعته بصورة واضحة في رياضة كرة اليد.
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم الخصائص المورفولوجية المميزة لبراعم أندية المنطقة الجنوبية لصناعة بطل اولمبي ليبي بكرة اليد، وإعداد معادلة تنبؤية للأداء المهاري بدلالة الخصائص المورفولوجية لبراعم أندية المنطقة الجنوبية لصناعة بطل اولمبي ليبي بكرة اليد.
قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث الاساسية بالطريقة العمدية من براعم أندية المنطقة الجنوبية بليبيا وبلغت قوامها (25) برعم، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة البحث.
وجاءت أهم نتائج الدراسة في تحديد أهم الخصائص المورفولوجية المميزة لبراعم أندية المنطقة الجنوبية لصناعة بطل اولمبي ليبي بكرة اليد ، وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية لمتغيرات الخصائص المورفولوجية قيد الدراسة مع عدد من المهارات الاساسية كما ساهمت متغيرات الخصائص المورفولوجية بنسب مؤثرة في مستوي الأداء المهاري وتمكنت الدراسة من الوصول الى معادلات تنبؤية لكل مهارة على حده.
ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة تتبع مستوي الاداء المهاري بدلالة الخصائص المورفولوجية بشكل منتظم لبراعم كرة اليد ، توجيه المدربين بأهمية بناء برامجهم التدريبية بشكل متوزان يسمح بالاستفادة من قدرات لاعبيهم المورفولوجية خلال مراحلهم العمرية المختلفة ، اجراء قياسات الخصائص المورفولوجية بشكل دوري للوقوف علي نواحي الاختلاف والقوة وكذلك نواحي الضعف والعمل علي توجيه المدربيين لتلافيها ، تتبع نمو القدرات الحركية والمهارية و المورفولوجية خلال المراحل العمرية المختلفة لمواكبة كل مرحلة بمتطلباتها الخاصة برياضة كرة اليد.

ABSTRACT
Morphological characteristics hold a prominent place in sports activities, providing an opportunity to study the relationship between skill performance and body specifications. These characteristics play an active role in learning handball skills, as handball players are distinguished by physical traits that set them apart from players in other sports, given the distinctly high level and speed of performance in handball.
The study aimed to identify the most important distinguishing morphological characteristics of youth players in clubs of the Southern Region, with the ultimate goal of developing a Libyan Olympic handball champion. Furthermore, it sought to formulate a predictive equation for skill performance based on the morphological characteristics of these youth players from the Southern Region clubs, again, to foster a Libyan Olympic handball champion.
The researcher purposively selected the main research sample from youth players in clubs of the Southern Region in Libya, comprising (25) players. The descriptive method was employed due to its suitability for the research’s nature.
The main findings of the study included identifying the key distinguishing morphological characteristics of youth players in clubs of the Southern Region for developing a Libyan Olympic handball champion. A significant correlational relationship was found between the studied morphological characteristics variables and several basic skills. Moreover, the morphological characteristics variables contributed effectively to the level of skill performance, and the study successfully derived predictive equations for each skill separately.
Key recommendations include the necessity of regularly monitoring skill performance levels in relation to morphological characteristics for youth handball players; guiding coaches on the importance of developing balanced training programs that leverage their players’ morphological capabilities across different age groups; conducting periodic morphological measurements to identify individual variations, strengths, and weaknesses, and guiding coaches to address these aspects; and tracking the development of motor, skill, and morphological abilities across different age stages to ensure alignment with the specific requirements of handball at each stage.
