الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تناول مسألة (التنفيذ الذاتي) للعقود الذكية باستخدام أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، من خلال التركيز على مفهوم التنفيذ الذاتي وبيان شروطها وآليات تطبيقها ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهجية العلمية القائمة على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي المقارن، وذلك من خلال دراسة وتحليل النصوص القانونية ذات الصلة بالتنفيذ الذاتي، وتحليل القواعد التي تنظمها وترتبط بها وبيان مدى كفايتها وتوافقها مع المبادئ العامة، وقد أظهرت النتائج قصور القواعد العامة على تنظيم التنفيذ الذاتي للتعاقدات الذكية التي تتم باستخدام أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي ، وتؤكد الدراسة الحاجة الى تدخل تشريعي صريح من خلال إدراج نصوص خاصة في قانون المعاملات الإلكترونية الأردني يتضمن الأحكام المنظمة للتنفيذ الذاتي بما يحقق وضوحا تشريعيا ويعالج الفراغ القائم في هذا المجال.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the issue of self-execution of smart contracts through the use of artificial intelligence systems, by focusing on the concept of self-execution and clarifying its conditions and mechanisms of application. To achieve this objective, the study adopts a scientific methodology based on the descriptive approach and the comparative analytical approach, through examining and analyzing the legal texts related to self-execution, as well as the rules governing and associated with it, and assessing their adequacy and compatibility with general legal principles.
The findings reveal that the general legal rules are insufficient to regulate the self-execution of smart contractual arrangements carried out using artificial intelligence systems. Accordingly, the study emphasizes the need for explicit legislative intervention through the incorporation of specific provisions within theJordanian Electronic Transactions Law, establishing a clear legal framework governing self-execution, thereby ensuring legislative clarity and addressing the existing legal vacuum in this field.
