الملخص:
هذه الدراسة تتطرق في التوسع اللغوي ووسائل ثراء اللغة وتنميتها وهي مظهر من مظاهر اللغة العربية الفصحى، واعتمدت على كتاب المزهر لجلال الدين السيوطي حيث يعد من أغزر كتب علوم اللغة وأنواعها وجاءت الدراسة تحت عنوان: التوسع اللغوي في المعني ومظاهره المختلفة في اللغة العربية الفصحى، من خلال كتاب المزهر لجلال الدين السيوطي.
واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التاريخي المقارن، ومن أهداف هذه الدراسة، وصف ودراسة مظاهر التوسع اللغوي، مع ابراز الجهد العلمي الخالص المبتكر لدى علماء العربية قديماً. وأثبتت الدراسة أن العربية الفصحى هي أحد أوسع اللغات السامية وما زالت تحتفظ بأصولها وهي قابلة لتجدد والتوسع فهي لغة تتماشى مع الزمان والمكان.
ومن توصيات الدراسة اعادة النظر في كتب الأولين والاهتمام بها، وخاصة علوم اللغة بجميع أنواعها، ووضع برامج ودعم أكاديمي وفني لدارسي علوم اللغة العربية، وتبسيط النحو العربي وتحبيبه لدي العامة وخاصة الشباب فقد لوحظ كثير من الشباب كانوا يهربون من هذه اللغة الجميلة فهي وسيلة لحفظ القرآن الكريم والتراث العربي والهوية المسلمة.

Abstract:
This study delves into linguistic expansion and the means of enriching and developing language, which is one of the aspects of Classical Arabic. It relied on the book “Al-Muzhir” by Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti, as it is one of the most prolific books on the sciences and types of language. It adopted the descriptive approach and the comparative historical method. Among the objectives of this study are to describe and study the manifestations of linguistic expansion, while highlighting the pure, innovative scientific effort of classical Arab scholars. The study proved that Classical Arabic is one of the broadest Semitic languages, still retaining its origins, and is capable of renewal and expansion; it is a language that keeps pace with time and place.
Among the study’s recommendations are: re-examining and paying attention to the works of early scholars, especially the sciences of language in all their types; establishing programs and providing academic and technical support for students of Arabic language sciences; and simplifying Arabic grammar and making it appealing to the public, especially the youth. It has been observed that many young people shied away from this beautiful language, which is a means of preserving the Holy Quran Arab heritage, and Muslim identity .
