الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الضغوط النفسية، ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى طلاب الجامعات في الشمال السوري، والكشف عما إذا كانت هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين الضغوط النفسية ودافعية الإنجاز لدى أفراد العينة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (230) طالب وطالبة من جامعتي الزيتونة والشمال، وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (10%) من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي.
تم اختيار الطلاب بالطريقة العشوائية المنتظمة، واستخدم الباحث مقياس الضغوط النفسية من إعداد (إنجي أحمد محيي الدين،2022)، ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز من إعداد (كمال مصطفى حزين عثمان، 2014)، بعد أن قام الباحث بإجراء بعض التعديلات وحساب الصدق والثبات للتأكد من ملاءمتها لأهداف الدراسة الحالية. ولاستخلاص نتائج الدراسة استخدم الباحث برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن مستوى للضغوط النفسية لدى أفراد العينة متوسط، ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى أفراد العينة مرتفع، وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية ودافعية الإنجاز لدى أفراد العينة، ولا توجد فروق في مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، ولا توجد فروق في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي.
في ضوء نتائج الدراسة خلص الباحث لعدة توصيات ومقترحات أهمها:
- تفعيل خدمات الارشاد الفردي والجماعي داخل الجامعات للمساعدة على تخفيف الضغوط النفسية، وتعزيز دافعية الإنجاز.
- عقد ندوات وورشات عمل مع اختصاصيين نفسيين من أجل المساهمة في توفير مناخ ملائم داخل الجامعة بهدف التخفيف من الضغوط النفسية، وتعزيز دافعية الإنجاز.

ABSTRACT:
The study aimed to identify the level of psychological stress and achievement motivation among university students in northern Syria and to reveal whether there is a correlation between psychological pressure and achievement motivation among the sample members. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the Study goals, and the study sample reached (230). Male and female students from the Universities of Al-Zaytoonah and Al-Shamal, with a percentage of (10%) of the total study population, were selected systematically and randomly. The researcher used the psychological pressure scale prepared by (Inji Ahmed Mohieddin, 2022), and the achievement motivation scale prepared by (Kamal Mustafa hazin Othman, 2014). after the researcher made some modifications and calculated validity and reliability to ensure its suitability to the objectives of the current study. To extract the results of the study, the researcher used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the results of the study were shown in: That the level of psychological pressure among the individuals of the sample is average, and the level of motivation for achievement among the individuals of the sample is high, and there is a negative correlation relationship with statistical significance between psychological pressure and the motivation of achievement among the individuals of the sample, and there are no differences in the level of psychological pressure among the individuals of the sample due to the variable of the gender, and there are no differences in the level of achievement of achievement among the individuals of the sample attributed For gender variables.
In light of the results of the study, the researcher concluded several recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are:
- Activating individual and group counseling services within universities to help relieve psychological pressures and enhance achievement motivation.
- Holding seminars and workshops with psychologists to contribute to providing a suitable climate within the university to alleviate psychological pressures and enhance achievement motivation.
