الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على درجة توافر المهارات الابداعية في القيادات التعليمية في إدارة تعليم جازان ومتطلبات تطويرها. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، وذلك من خلال استخدام أداة الاستبانة التي طبقت على القيادات التعليمية في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة جازان، والمكاتب التابعة لها، والبالغ عددهم (90) قيادي/ـة، وتوصلت الى العديد من النتائج والتي من أبرزها آن القيادات التعليمية في جازان يشجعون القائد العمل الجماعي، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن من ابرز التحديات التي تواجه القيادات التعليمية عند تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية يتمحور في كثرة الأعمال الروتينية المطلوبة يومياً أسبوعياً شهرياً، والازدواجية في العمل. كما توصلت الدراسة الى ان من ابرز متطلبات تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية لدى القيادات التعليمية من وجهة نظر القيادات التعليمية في تعليم جازان؛ يكمن في تمكين القيادات التعليمية من خلال منحهم الصلاحيات اللازمة والتي تعزز من قدرتهم على أداء مهام عملهم بالشكل المطلوب، تقنين الأعمال المطلوبة بصورة دورية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القيادات التعليمية من الإناث يوافقن بدرجة أكبر على توافر المهارات الابداعية في القيادات التعليمية في تعليم جازان.و أوصت الدراسة تنفيذ برامج تطويرية متقدمة للقيادات التعليمية بتعليم جازان، وذلك من خلال: تصميم برامج تدريبية متخصصة تُركز على القيادة الإبداعية ودمج التقنيات الحديثة (مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي) في العملية التعليمية.
Abstract
The study aimed to assess the degree of availability of creative skills among educational leaderships in the Jazan Education Administration and the requirements for their development. The researcher used the descriptive method in its survey form, utilizing a questionnaire applied to the educational leaderships in the General Administration of Education in the Jazan region and its affiliated offices, totaling 90 leaders. The study reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which is that the educational leaderships in Jazan encourage teamwork. The study also found that one of the main challenges facing educational leaderships in applying creative leadership revolves around the abundance of daily, weekly, and monthly routine tasks and the duality of work. Additionally, the study identified that from the perspective of educational leaderships in Jazan, one of the key requirements for implementing creative leadership lies in empowering educational leaderships by granting them the necessary authority to enhance their ability to perform their tasks as required, and regularizing the required tasks periodically. The study also found that female educational leaderships agree to a greater extent on the availability of creative skills among educational leaderships in Jazan. The study recommended implementing advanced development programs for educational leaderships in Jazan, through: designing specialized training programs focusing on creative leadership and integrating modern technologies (such as artificial intelligence) into the educational process.
