الملخص :
هدف الدراسة بيان دور عمادات شؤون الطلبة وأنشطتها في التخفيف من حدة الاضطرابات النفسية لدى طلبتها، اتبعت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن أسئلتها وفرضياتها.تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة الجامعات الأردنية للعام الدراسي 2024-2025م، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (552) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الجامعات الأردنية، وقد تم اختارهم وفق الطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت النتائج بان دور عمادات شؤون الطلبة وأنشطتها في التخفيف من حدة الاضطرابات النفسية لدى طلبتها بمستوى مرتفع، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة من الطلبة على استبانة دور عمادات شؤون الطلبة وأنشطتها في التخفيف من حدة الاضطرابات النفسية لدى طلبتها تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة من الطلبة على استبانة دور عمادات شؤون الطلبة وأنشطتها في التخفيف من حدة الاضطرابات النفسية لدى طلبتها تبعاً لمتغير السنة الدراسية، لصالح السنة الأخيرة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة من الطلبة على استبانة دور عمادات شؤون الطلبة وأنشطتها في التخفيف من حدة الاضطرابات النفسية لدى طلبتها تبعاً لمتغير نوع الكلية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة من الطلبة على استبانة دور عمادات شؤون الطلبة وأنشطتها في التخفيف من حدة الاضطرابات النفسية لدى طلبتها تبعاً لمتغير المشاركة في الأنشطة الطلابية، لصالح المشاركين في الأنشطة الطلابية، وكما توصي الباحثة دراسة فاعلية الأنشطة الجماعية في التقليل من مستويات القلق والاكتئاب لدى طلبة الجامعات الأردنية، بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير دور عمادات شؤون الطلبة في التخفيف من حدة الاضطرابات النفسية لدى طلبتها.

Abstract
The goal of the study is to explain the role of the deanships of student affairs and their activities in alleviating the severity of psychological disorders among their students. The current study followed a descriptive, relational approach to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions and hypotheses. The study population consisted of all Jordanian university students for the academic year 2024-2025 AD, and the study sample consisted of (552) male and female students from Jordanian universities. They were selected according to a simple random method, and the results showed that the role of the deanships of student affairs and their activities is in alleviating the severity of psychological disorders among students. Its students are at a high level There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample of students on the questionnaire on the role of the deanships of student affairs and their activities in alleviating the severity of psychological disorders among their students according to the gender variable, and there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample of students on the questionnaire on the role of the deanships of student affairs and their activities. In alleviating the severity of psychological disorders among its students according to the variable of the academic year, in favor of the final year There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample of students on the questionnaire on the role of the deanships of student affairs and their activities in alleviating the severity of psychological disorders among their students according to the college type variable, and there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample of students on the questionnaire on the role of the deanships of student affairs. Students and their activities in alleviating the severity of psychological disorders among their students according to the variable of participation in student activities For the benefit of participants in student activities, and as the researcher recommends studying the effectiveness of group activities in reducing levels of anxiety and depression among Jordanian university students, building a proposed vision for developing the role of deanships of student affairs in alleviating the severity of psychological disorders among their students.
