المستخلص:
تسعى الدراسة في هذا البحث إلى إبراز المسائل الخلافية النحوية في نواسخ الابتداء، وذلك لأهمية دراسة المسائل النحوية الخلافية في نواسخ الابتداء، حتى يسهل للدارس فهم هذه النواسخ (كان وأخواتها وإن وأخواتها) على الجملة الاسمية، وهذه الدراسة قد تفيد على إعراب المبتدأ والخبر، وهذا أمر حيوي لتفسير النصوص وإتقان العربية، والتمييزيين المعاني المختفة وسد الفجوات البحثية في فهم التراكيب المعقدة ويعزز الفصاحة ويحفظ اللغة من الحن والخلل، وإن لهذه الخلافات فوائد على فهم المعاني العميقة.
ومن هنا تتبين لنا أهمية دراسة هذه النواسخ، لأنها تغير الجملة الاسمية (المبتدأ والخبر) من حالة إلى حالة أخرى، وهذه النواسخ منها ما هو (أفعال) مثل كان وأخواتها، وظن وأخواتها، ومنها ما هو(حروف) مثل إن وأخواتها.
ومن الأهداف التي دعت الباحثة على اختيار هذا الموضوع المهم تكمن في الآتي:
1ـ المساهمة في تزييل الصعوبات في فهم نواسخ الابتداء.
2ـ تسهيل وتبسيط قواعد النحو العربي لتكن في متناول أيدي الدارسين والدارسات.
3ـ المساهمة ولو بالشيء القليل لشرح قواعد اللغة العربية ليستفيد منها الجيل الناشئ.
4ـ الاهتمام بالمواضيع النحوية لما لها من أهمية، لأنها هي التي تحفظ لنا اللغة العربية من اللحن والخلل، وكلما رسخت هذه القواعد في الأذهان قلت الأخطاء واللحن في الكلام العربي، وسلم الرسم أي الكتابة من الأخطاء، سواء النحوية أم الاملائية.

Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the disputed grammatical issues in the initial particles (nawāsikh al-ibtidā’), due to the importance of studying these disputed grammatical issues in the initial particles, so that it becomes easier for the student to understand these particles (such as Kāna and its sisters, and Inna and its sisters) in nominal sentences. This study may be beneficial for parsing the subject and predicate, which is crucial for interpreting texts and mastering Arabic, distinguishing different meanings, filling research gaps in understanding complex structures, enhancing eloquence, and preserving the language from distortion and error. These disputes also have benefits for understanding profound meanings.
Hence, the importance of studying these particles becomes clear, as they change the nominal sentence (the subject and predicate) from one state to another. Among these particles are verbs, such as Kāna and its sisters, and Ẓanna and its sisters, and among them are particles, such as Inna and its sisters.
One of the objectives that led the researcher to choose this important topic can be summarized as follows:
1. Contributing to alleviating difficulties in understanding the initial particles (nawāsikh al-ibtidā’).2- To facilitate and simplify the rules of Arabic grammar so that they are within reach of students.
3- To contribute, even if only a little, to explaining the rules of the Arabic language for the benefit of the younger generation.
4- To pay attention to grammatical topics due to their importance, as they preserve the Arabic language from mistakes and errors; the more these rules are ingrained in minds, the fewer mistakes and errors there will be in Arabic speech, and writing will be free from mistakes, whether grammatical or orthographic.
