الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة ممارسات قيادة المستوى الخامس لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة الرائدة في العاصمة عمان. واتبعت الدراسة منهج البحث الوصفي المسحي. وتألفت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة مدراء المدارس الخاصة في العاصمة والبالغ عددهم (325) مديراً ومديرة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وبنسبة (50%) من مجتمع الدراسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة تتمثل بمجالات القيادة من المستوى الخامس، وتم التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها. وأظهرت النتائج بأن فقرات الاستبانة جاءت في الدرجة المرتفعة والمتوسطة، فقد احتلت الفقرة رقم (11) المرتبة الأولى والتي تنص على “يمنح المعلمين حرية اختيار المواقع الادارية لتحقيق الابداع” فجاءت بمتوسط حسابي “4.2154” وانحراف معياري “0.65481”، وجاءت الفقرة رقم (1) بالمرتبة “الأخيرة”، والتي تنص على “يتميز مدير المدرسة بالتواضع” فجاءت بمتوسط حسابي “3.077” وانحراف معياري “0.79975”، وأن قيمة (sig) أقل من قيمة (F) المحسوبة عند قيمة الدلالة (0.125) عند مستوى ((α=0.05، لذا فإننا نقبل الفرضية الصفرية التي تقضي بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ممارسات قيادة المستوى الخامس لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة الرائدة في العاصمة عمان تعزى إلى (النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، وأوصت الدراسة في توجيه الباحثين إلى إجراء مزيداً من الدراسات التي تهتم في قيادة المستوى الخامس على المداس الحكومية والخاصة في محافظات مختلفة نظراً لأهميتها.

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of Level 5 leadership practices among principals of leading private schools in the capital, Amman. The study followed the descriptive survey research method. The study sample consisted of a group of private school principals in the capital, numbering (325) male and female principals, who were selected using a simple random method. At a rate of (50%) of the study population. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was constructed representing the areas of leadership from the fifth level, and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The results showed that the questionnaire paragraphs came in the high and medium degree, paragraph No. (11) ranked first, which states “teachers are given the freedom to choose administrative positions to achieve creativity” and came with an arithmetic mean of “4.2154” and a standard deviation of “0.65481”. Paragraph No. (1) came in the “last” rank, which states “The school principal is characterized by modesty,” and it came with an arithmetic mean of “3.077” and a standard deviation of “0.79975,” and the value of (sig) is less than the value of (F) calculated at the significance value (0.125) at the level of ((α=0.05, so we accept the null hypothesis that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of fifth-level leadership practices among principals of leading private schools in the capital, Amman, attributed to (gender, educational qualification, and years of experience). The study recommended that researchers conduct further studies focusing on Level 5 leadership in public and private schools in various governorates, given its importance.
