الملخص:
يقصد هذا البحث إلى بيان منهج ابن لب وأصوله في الإفتاء، وقد استوت هذه الورقة البحثية على تمهيد ومبحثين، ضمنت التمهيد ترجمة لابن لب، وخصصت المبحث الأول للكشف عن منهج ابن لب، بينما تولى المبحث الثاني ذكر الأصول التي اعتمدها ابن لب في إفتائه.
وسعيا لتحقيق ذلك، فقد اعتمدت المنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك من خلال تتبع وجمع المادة العلمية المتصلة بالموضوع، كما لجأت إلى المنهج التحليلي لدراسة ما تيسر لي جمعه، وبعد الدراسة توصلت إلى بعض النتائج، أهمها أن ابن لب تميز بالأمانة العلمية في أجوبته، كما أنه جنح في أجوبته إلى التيسير ورفع الحرج عن المستفتين.

Abstract:
This research aims to clarify Ibn Lubb’s methodology and principles in issuing legal opinions (fatwas). The paper is structured into an introduction and two main sections. The introduction provides a biographical overview of Ibn Lubb. The first section is dedicated to uncovering his methodology, while the second discusses the foundational principles upon which he based his fatwas.
To achieve this, the inductive method was employed by tracing and collecting the relevant scholarly material. The analytical method was also used to study the material gathered. After examination, several findings were reached, the most important of which are that Ibn Lubb was distinguished by scholarly integrity in his responses, and that he tended toward ease and the removal of hardship for those seeking his legal opinions.
