الملخص:
يهدف البحث بيان منهج العلامة يحيى بن حمزة في مؤلفه الفقهي الموسوعي: (كتاب الانتصار على علماء الامصار)، وإبراز جهود المؤلف المميزة في بيان المسائل الفقهية والأصولية وسعة علمه وغزارة فقهه، وإظهار معالم منهج المؤلف في كتبه ومؤلفاته عامّة، وفي مؤلفه كتاب الانتصار، وخلص الباحث الى أنّ العلامة يحيى بن حمزة من علماء الزيدية المنصفين، الذين وُصفوا بالمنهج العلمي المتوازن، كما شهد له العلماء بالتبحر في العلوم الإسلامية، والاجتهاد وكثرة التأليف مع تحري الحق والانصاف، وذكر الخلاف والترجيح بما يراه صوابا بوساطة منهج علمي منضبط، منهج المؤلف في كتاب الانتصار يكاد يكون متميزاً عن غيره من العلماء والفقهاء ممّن سبقه وتلاه في التأليف في الفقه الزيدي، حيث تميز في التصنيف الدقيق لهذا الفنّ العظيم، واضعاً منهجاً منفرداً في ذكر أقوال المذاهب الفقهية، وذكر الأدلة عليها، وبيان ترجيحاته واختياراته الفريدة الدقيقة، وانضباط منهجه في العرض والتقديم، والاجتهاد، كما عرض البحث لذكر ترجمة المؤلف بشيء من التفصيل المختصر، واغراض الكتاب وأسلوب المؤلف، ثمّ عرض لمؤلفات صاحب الكتاب بشيء من التفصيل.

Summary:
The research aims to clarify the methodology of the scholar Yahya ibn Hamza in his comprehensive jurisprudential work (The Book of Victory over the Scholars of the Regions), highlighting the author’s extensive efforts in elucidating jurisprudential and foundational issues, as well as his vast knowledge and profound jurisprudence. The researcher also demonstrates the characteristics of the author’s methodology in his books and works in general, and specifically in his work The Book of Victory. The researcher concludes that the scholar Yahya ibn Hamza is one of the fair-minded scholars of the Zaydi school, who is described as having a balanced scientific approach. He has been recognized by scholars for his depth in Islamic sciences, his diligence, and his prolific writing while striving for truth and fairness, mentioning differing opinions and preferences based on what he sees as correct through a disciplined scientific methodology. The author’s approach in The Book of Victory is distinctly different from those of other scholars and jurists both preceding and following him in Zaydi jurisprudential writing. He excelled in the precise classification of this great art, establishing a unique methodology in presenting the opinions of jurisprudential schools, providing evidence for them, and articulating his distinctive and precise preferences. His methodology is characterized by orderliness in presentation, effort, and a disciplined approach. The researcher also presents a brief yet detailed translation of the author, the objectives of the book, and the author’s style, followed by a detailed mention of the author’s other works.
