الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة بناء تصور مقترح لتنمية الجهد المؤسسي لأتمتة البيانات في بلدية جرش الكبرى استنادًا لمبادئ العولمة الرقمية، من خلال تحليل ومراجعة البحوث والدراسات السابقة والأدبيات التربوية بما يضمن الخروج بتصور علاجي متكامل وفق خطوات واضحة لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة للجهد المؤسسي لأتمتة البيانات. وتختلف الدراسة الراهنة عن الدراسات السابقة في منهجية الدراسة إذ تعتمد المنهج التحليلي وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة ووفقًا لرؤية الباحث تم بناء التصور وتعرف درجة ملاءمته من وجهة نظر المختصين والخبراء وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن إن دور الجهود المؤسسية لأتمتة البيانات في بلدية جرش الكبرى يمكن أن يكون متعدد الأوجه وهامًا في تحسين جوانب مختلفة من عمليات البلدية وتوصي الدراسة بتعزيز البنية التحتية التقنية في بلدية جرش الكبرى من خلال استثمار في أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة، مما يسهل أتمتة البيانات ويضمن تكاملها مع الأنظمة الحالية.

Abstract:
The study aimed to build a proposed vision for developing the institutional effort to automate data in the Greater Jerash Municipality based on the principles of digital globalization, through analyzing and reviewing previous research, studies and educational literature to ensure the emergence of an integrated therapeutic vision according to clear steps to achieve sustainable development of the institutional effort to automate data. The current study differs from previous studies in the study methodology as it adopts the analytical approach and in light of the results of previous studies and according to the researcher’s vision, the vision was built and its degree of suitability was identified from the point of view of specialists and experts. The results of the study showed that the role of institutional efforts to automate data in the Greater Jerash Municipality can be multifaceted and important in improving various aspects of the municipality’s operations. The study recommends strengthening the technical infrastructure in the Greater Jerash Municipality by investing in modern information technology systems, which facilitates data automation and ensures its integration with existing systems.
