الملخص
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة تأثير المتغيرات المجتمعية على تحول الجامعات اليمنية نحو الجامعات الذكية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت استبانة مكونة من (24) فقرة، على عينة قصدية مكونة من (22) خبيراً في الجامعات اليمنية، وفقاً لأسلوب دلفاي، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، وقد توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة الموافقة على تأثير المتغيرات المجتمعية على تحول الجامعات اليمنية نحو الجامعات الذكية جاءت بدرجة عالية جداً على مستوى المجالات ككل بمتوسط حسابي (4.40)، وانحراف معياري (0.461)، وبناءً على قيم المجالات جاء ترتيبها تنازليًا على النحو التالي، العوامل التكنولوجية، العوامل الاجتماعية/ الثقافية، العوامل السياسية/ القانونية، العوامل الاقتصادية، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين استجابات الخبراء حول تأثير المتغيرات المجتمعية على تحول الجامعات اليمنية نحو الجامعات الذكية تعزى لمتغيري (التخصص، سنوات الخبرة).

Abstract:
The research aimed to identify the degree of influence that societal variables have on the transformation of Yemeni universities into smart universities. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher employed a descriptive survey methodology and applied a questionnaire consisting of 24 items to a purposive sample of 22 experts in Yemeni universities, using the Delphi technique. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, and the study yielded several key findings. The most notable result was that the level of agreement on the impact of societal variables on the transformation of Yemeni universities into smart universities was very high, with an overall mean score of 4.40 and a standard deviation of 0.461. Based on the values of the fields, the ranking (in descending order) was as follows: technological factors, social/cultural factors, political/legal factors, and economic factors. Additionally, the results indicated no statistically significant differences at a 0.05 significance level between expert responses on the impact of societal variables on the transformation of Yemeni universities into smart universities based on the variables of (specialization and years of experience).
