الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى التوافق المهني لدى المعلمات في محافظة إدلب. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من 2500 معلمة، وتم اختيار عينة مكونة من 250 معلمة، أي ما يعادل 10% من المجتمع، باستخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة. تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيانات، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التوافق المهني لدى المعلمات كان مرتفعاً، حيث جاءت القدرة على التكيف مع بيئة العمل في المرتبة الأولى بمستوى موافقة مرتفع، بينما كانت العلاقات مع الزملاء في المرتبة الأخيرة بمستوى موافقة متوسط. لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بناءً على مكان السكن، ولكن لوحظت فروق لصالح المؤهلات العليا في التوافق المهني. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين الحالة الاجتماعية، حيث كانت المعلمات العزباء والمتزوجة أكثر توافقاً مقارنة ببقية المجموعات، في حين لم تكن هناك فروق دالة بين العزباء والمتزوجة.
بناءً على هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الحوافز المادية والمعنوية للمعلمات، وتنظيم ورش عمل لتطوير مهارات العمل الجماعي، ودعم التواصل بين المعلمات. كما أكدت أهمية تحسين بيئة العمل وتقليل الضغوط الإدارية، مما يسهم في تعزيز مستوى التوافق المهني لدى المعلمات.

Abstract:
The study aimed to assess the level of professional compatibility among female teachers in Idlib Governorate. The population of the study consisted of 2,500 female teachers, from which a sample of 250 teachers was selected, representing 10% of the population, using a simple random sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the descriptive analytical method was employed.
The results revealed that the level of professional compatibility among the teachers was high, with the ability to adapt to the work environment ranking first with a high level of agreement, while relationships with colleagues ranked last with a moderate level of agreement. No statistically significant differences were found based on residential location; however, differences were observed in favor of higher educational qualifications regarding professional compatibility. Additionally, the results indicated statistically significant differences based on marital status, with single and married teachers exhibiting higher compatibility compared to other groups, while no significant differences were found between single and married teachers.
Based on these results, the study recommended enhancing material and moral incentives for teachers, organizing workshops to develop teamwork skills, and supporting communication among teachers. It also emphasized the importance of improving the work environment and reducing administrative burdens, which would contribute to enhancing the level of professional compatibility among female teachers.
