الملخص:
يتميز المغرب بتنوعه الثقافي، ومدينة وادي زم وبواديها لا تخرج عن هذا الإطار بقبائلها الثلاث؛ السماعلة، بني سمير، بني خيران، في أدوات طبخها، واعداد خبزها، واطبخها وغنائها وأمثالها في مختلف تجليات الثقافة الشعبية التي تعكس عيش الفئات العامية البسيطة المهمشة والمغيبة عن دائرة التاريخ الرسمي الحدثي، دون اغفال احتفال التبوريدة الذي تشارك فيه كل قبائل المنطقة ودواويرها باعتبارها تعكس الشجاعة والقوة والكرم.

Summary:
Morocco is distinguished by its cultural diversity, and the city of Zemamra and its surrounding tribal territories are no exception. This study focuses on its three tribes—the Smala, Bni Smir, and Bni Khiran—examining their cooking utensils, bread-making techniques, distinctive dishes, folk songs, and proverbs across various manifestations of popular culture. These elements reflect the daily life of the simple, working, and often marginalized social groups that have been absent from the narrative of official, event-based history. The study also gives due attention to the celebration of the Tbourida (fantasia), a equestrian performance in which all the tribes and villages of the region participate, as it embodies values of bravery, strength, and generosity.
