الملخص
تناول هذا البحث موضوع النقود الإلكترونية في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة، وهدف إلى بيان مفهوم النقود الإلكترونية، ومعرفة خصائصها والفرق بينها وبين النقود القانونية ، وبيان الحكم الشرعي للنقود الإلكترونية وتكييفها الفقهي، ووضع خصائص النقود في ميزان المقاصد الشرعية، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، مع الاستعانة من المنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، واحتوى البحث على معنى النقود والألفاظ ذات الصلة، وتاريخ نشأتها، ووظائفها، وتكييفها الفقهي ، كما واعتنى بدراسة مفهوم النقود الإلكترونية والألفاظ ذات الصلة، وتاريخ نشأتها، وأقسامها، وخصائصها، والتكييف الفقهي لها ، وضع النقود الإلكترونية في ميزان مقاصد الشريعة ، ومن النتائج التي خلص إليها البحث: الخلط بين النقود الإلكترونية والعملة المشفرة عند بعض الباحثين المعاصرين، حيث اعتبروا العملة المشفرة نوعًا من النقود الإلكترونية، والنقود الإلكترونية صورة جديدة من صور النقود الورقية، وتأخذ جميع أحكامها، وتتوافق خصائص النقود الإلكترونية مع المقاصد الشرعية لحفظ المال.

Abstract
This research addressed the topic of electronic money in light of the objectives of Sharia, aiming to clarify the concept of electronic money, identify its characteristics, distinguish it from legal tender, explain the Sharia ruling on electronic money and its jurisprudential classification, and evaluate the characteristics of money in the balance of Sharia objectives. The study used the descriptive method, supported by inductive and deductive approaches. The research included the meaning of money and related terms, its history, functions, and jurisprudential classification. It also focused on studying the concept of electronic money, related terms, its history, types, characteristics, and jurisprudential classification, placing electronic money within the framework of Sharia objectives. Among the conclusions reached by the research: Some contemporary researchers confused electronic money with cryptocurrency, considering cryptocurrency a type of electronic money. Electronic money is a new form of paper money and follows all its rulings. The characteristics of electronic money align with the Sharia objectives of preserving wealth.
