ملخص البحث
يهدف البحث الحالي الى الكشف عن أثر العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث (الابتكار الاستراتيجي والالتزام التنظيمي) في مطار دمشق الدولي. وقد تم اعتماد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تقديم ايضاحاً فكرياً لمتغيرات البحث الرئيسة والفرعية ومن ثم تصميم مقياس للمتغيرات وتجميع البيانات ومن ثم تحليليها. واستبانة بوصفها الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة بمتغيرات البحث. وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مقدارها (104) فرداً. وقد توصل البحث الى عدد من الاستنتاجات من أهمها وجود اهتمام نسبي في مطار دمشق الدولي بمتغير الالتزام التنظيمي، فضلا عن أن الابتكار الاستراتيجي له أثر إيجابي ومساهمة فاعلة في زيادة مستويات الالتزام في المطار قيد البحث. ووجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الابتكار الاستراتيجي والالتزام التنظيمي ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بينهما.

Abstract
This research aims to reveal the impact of the relationship between the research variables (strategic innovation and organizational commitment) at Damascus International Airport. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach by providing a conceptual explanation of the main and sub-variables, then designing a scale for the variables, collecting data, and subsequently analyzing it. A questionnaire was used as the primary tool for collecting data and information related to the research variables. A random sample of (104) individuals was selected. The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a relative interest in the organizational commitment variable at Damascus International Airport. Furthermore, strategic innovation has a positive impact and an effective contribution to increasing commitment levels at the airport under study. A statistically significant correlation exists between strategic innovation and organizational commitment, and a statistically significant effect exists between them.
