ملخص البحث باللغة العربية:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم واقع توظيف أفلام الكرتون التعليمية في تنمية المهارات اللغوية لدى الأطفال ومعوقاته من وجهة نظر المعلمين، تعرف دلالة الفرق بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين على الاستبانة تبعاً لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، الدورات التدريبية، عدد سنوت الخبرة). واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت العينة من (151) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي مدارس التعليم الأساسي في مدينة سلقين، طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (19) بنداً في محورين، وبينت النتائج أن درجة توظيف أفلام الكرتون التعليمية في تنمية المهارات اللغوية لدى الأطفال كانت متوسطة، وكانت معوقات توظيف هذه الأفلام بدرجة متوسطة. وتبين أنه لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة من المعلمين على الاستبانة أداة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، الدورات التدريبية، عدد سنوت الخبرة).

Abstract;
This study aims to evaluate the reality of using educational cartoons in developing children’s language skills and the obstacles to their use from the teachers’ perspective. It also seeks to determine the significance of the difference between teachers’ average scores on the questionnaire based on the variables of academic qualification, training courses, and years of experience. The descriptive-analytical method was used, and the sample consisted of 151 male and female teachers from basic education schools in the city of Salqin. A questionnaire consisting of 19 items across two axes was administered to them. The results showed that the degree of use of educational cartoons in developing children’s language skills was moderate, and the obstacles to using these cartoons were also moderate. The study revealed no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the sample of teachers on the questionnaire, the study’s instrument, based on the variables of academic qualification, training courses, and years of experience.
