المستخلص
جاء هذا البحث بعنوان ( حقوق الأولاد على الآباء من منظور الشريعة الإسلامية) ونهجت منهجًا استقرائيًّا استنباطيًّا ومن خلال هذا البحث تبين لي : أن الحق هو ما استحقه الإنسان شرعا طبقا لما قررته الشريعة ،والشريعة ما شرعه اللَّه لعباده من العقائد والعبادات والأخلاق والمعاملات ونظم الحياة، في شعبها المختلفة، لتحقيق سعادتها في الدنيا والآخرة. أوجب الإسلام على الرجل عند الزواج يختار الزوجة الصالحة المؤمنة ،ويجب على الزوج والزوجة الحفاظ على أولادهم منذ اللحظة الأولي ونهي عن قتل الأولاد خشية الإنفاق فكان لهم حق الحياة لا يحل انتهاكه، ومن الحقوق أيضا الانتساب لآبيه حتي لا يكونوا عرضه للجهالة وضياع حقوق أخري ،ومن حق الطفل الإرضاع فيجب على الام إرضاع الطفل ،ومن حقوق الأولاد الإنفاق عليهم بكل ما يحتاجه الأولاد ،أوجب الإسلام على الأبوين أن يحرصا على تعليم أبنائهم كل ما ينفعهم من أمور الدين والدينا وتحقق لهم السعادة ،ويجب على الإباء المساوة بين جميع الأولاد في المعاملة والعطاء ولا فرق بين الذكر وانثي .

Summary
This research, titled “Children’s Rights over Parents from the Perspective of Islamic Law,” followed this approach. Using an inductive-deductive approach, this research has shown me that: the right is what a person deserves Legally, according to what the Sharia has decreed, and the Sharia is what God has prescribed for His servants in terms of beliefs, worship, and morals. And transactions and systems of life, in their various forms, are designed to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter. Islam mandates this
When a man marries, he must choose a righteous and believing wife. Both husband and wife must protect their children from the very beginning, and killing children for fear of financial hardship is forbidden, as they have a right to life that cannot be violated. Another right is the right to be identified by one’s father, so that children are not left in ignorance and their rights are not lost Another right of the child is breastfeeding, so the mother must breastfeed the child. Another right of children is that they be provided for with all their needs. Islam obligates parents to ensure their children receive all that they need It benefits them in matters of religion and our religion and brings them happiness. Parents must treat all children equally in treatment and giving, and there is no difference between male and female
