المستخلص
في هذه المقالة العلمية تمَّ بحثُ حقوقِ الشيوخِ وكبارِ السّن، وذُكر فيها ما ورد في الايات والأحاديث النبويّة من وصايا رسولِ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بشأنهم، وقد نُقلت هذه الأحاديث من كتب السنّة بشكلٍ منظّم.
وقد تبيَّن فيها مدى عناية رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بالشيوخ وكبار السّن، وعظيمُ احترامه لهم، كما جُمعت أقواله الصحيحة المتعلقة بحقوقهم بصورة منظّمة، إضافةً إلى ذِكر النماذج العملية التي بيَّنت تكريم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لهم واهتمامه بشأنهم.
كما تُظهر المقالة مقدارَ ما منحه الإسلامُ من حقوقٍ للإنسان بصورة عامة، ولِبعض الفئات ـ كالشيوخ والضعفاء ـ بصورة خاصة.
وسيتمُّ كذلك نقلُ حقوقِ كبار السّن والضعفاء وما لهم من امتيازات من الأحاديث النبوية، بترتيبٍ منظم، وفي ضوء ما ورد في السنّة المطهّرة.

Abstract
In this scholarly article, the rights of elders and senior citizens are examined, and the Qur’anic verses and Prophetic traditions related to the recommendations of the Messenger of Allah(peace be upon him)concerning them are presented. These narrations have been compiled in an organized manner from the books of Sunnah.
The article clarifies the extent of the Prophet’s care for the elderly, his profound respect for them, and it systematically gathers his authentic statements regarding their rights. It also documents practical examples that demonstrate the Prophet’s honor toward them and his attentiveness to their needs.
Furthermore, the article highlights the rights granted by Islam to human beings in general, and to specific groups—such as the elderly and the vulnerable—in particular.
The study will also present, in a structured manner and in light of the purified Sunnah, the rights and privileges afforded to senior citizens and the weak as derived from the Prophetic traditions.
