المستلخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية تعرُّف الرؤى التربوية المقترحة لتطوير البيئة الرقمية في المؤسسات التربوية بعد جائحة كوفيد19، ونشر الوعي الثقافي والمهارات التكنولوجية وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المجتمعات ومواكبة احتياجات العصر الرقمي، من خلال المنهج التحليلي التطويري بتحليل الأدبيات التربوية والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة ووفقًا لرؤية الباحث تقوم الدراسة الراهنة ببناء السبل المقترحة استنادًا إلى تجذير ثلاث مجالات أساسية وهي: التدريس الرقمي والبحث العلمي الرقمي وخدمة المجتمع الرقمية وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة دعم وتعزيز البنية التحتية الرقمية وضرورة التدريب المستمر للمهارات الرقمية حسب مستجدات العصر وضرورة استثمار تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسات التربوية.

Abstract:
The current study aims to identify proposed educational visions for developing the digital environment in educational institutions after the COVID-19 pandemic, spreading cultural awareness and technological skills, achieving sustainable development in societies, and keeping pace with the needs of the digital age. This is achieved through an analytical developmental approach by analyzing educational literature and relevant previous studies. In light of the results of previous studies and according to the researcher’s vision, the current study builds the proposed ways based on the establishment of three basic areas: digital teaching, digital scientific research, and digital community service. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are the need to support and strengthen the digital infrastructure, the need for continuous training in digital skills according to the developments of the era, and the need to invest in artificial intelligence applications in educational institutions.
