الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف الى علاقه السمات الشخصية لإخصائي النفس الرياضي والاتصال الفعال لدي لاعبي كرة القدم في الدوري الفلسطيني للمحترفين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بصورته الارتباطية لملائمته لأغراض الدراسة، حيث اشتملت عينه الدراسة على لاعبي كرة القدم في الدوري الفلسطيني للمحترفين والبالغ عددهم( 72 )لاعب تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وتكونت أداة الدراسة من مقياسين: المقياس الاول للسمات الشخصية والتي تحتوي على (6)مجالات وعدد فقراتها ( 30 ) فقره ,اما المقياس الثاني فهو الاتصال الفعال ويحتوي على ( 14 ) فقرة، تم استخدام الاستبانة فيه كأداة لجمع البيانات، ومن اجل جمع البيانات استخدم الباحثان برنامج الرزم الإحصائية (spss )، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة الى أن مستوى السمات الشخصية والاتصال الفعال جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة انه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في السمات الشخصية للاتصال الفعال تبعا للمتغيرات ( سنوات الخبرة، مركز اللاعب، طبيعة اللاعب)، كما أظهرت النتائج بانه توجد علاقة متوسطة بين السمات الشخصية والاتصال الفعال من وجهة نظر لاعبي الدوري الفلسطيني للمحترفين، ويوصي الباحثون بضرورة تعزيز السمات الشخصية و الاتصال الفعال لأخصائي النفس الرياضي من وجهة نظر لاعبي كرة القدم في الدوري الفلسطيني للمحترفين.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the relationship of personality traits to a specialist Athleticism and effective communication among soccer players in the Palestinian league for professionals, To achieve the objectives of the study ,The two researchers The descriptive approach in its relational form for its suitability for purposes the study , where it contained the same the study On soccer players in the Palestinian professional league and adults Their number (72) players were chosen randomly.tool was formed the study from Two scales: scale The first is for attributes Personal which contain On (6) fields and the number of its paragraphs(30) paragraphs, and the second measure is effective communication and contains (14) paragraphs, in which the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and for data collection it was used The two researchers Statistical package software(spss), The results of the study showed that The level of personal traits and effective communication came to a high degree, and the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the personal traits of effective communication depending on the variables (years of experience, the position of the player, the nature of the player). The point of view of the players of the Palestinian Professional League, and the two researchers recommend the need Enhance personality traits And effective communication a Sports psychologist from the point of view of soccer players in the Palestinian Professional League.
