المستخلص
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الفرق الدلالي بين الجملة الاسمية والجملة الفعلية في اللغة العربية، من خلال دراسة نحوية دلالية، تستقصي ما تنطوي عليه كل جملة من خصائص تؤثر في المعنى والسياق.
فقد تبيّن أن الجملة الاسمية تُفيد الثبوت والاستقرار والدوام، وأنها أدعى إلى إفادة المعاني العامة، والحقائق المستمرة، بينما الجملة الفعلية تُفيد الحدوث والتجدّد، وتناسب السياقات التي تتطلب تصوير الأفعال المتكررة أو الوقائع الطارئة.
وقد استند البحث إلى القرآن الكريم والشعر العربي والنصوص النحوية المعتبرة لإبراز هذه الفروق، مع توثيق الشواهد والأمثلة قدر الإمكان.
وقد خلص البحث إلى أن الفرق الدلالي بين الجملتين لا يقف عند حدود الصناعة النحوية، بل يتجاوزها إلى مجالات التعبير عن المعنى، وإبراز المقاصد الخطابية، وتحديد أثر التركيب في المتلقى نفسه، وهذا يؤكد أن النحو العربي لم يكن مجرد قواعد شكلية، وإنما هو علم يتصل بالدلالة والبلاغة معًا.

Abstract:
This research addresses the semantic difference between the nominal sentence and the verbal sentence in Arabic, through a grammatical and semantic study that investigates the distinctive features of each type and their impact on meaning and context.
The study shows that the nominal sentence conveys stability, permanence, and continuity, making it more suitable for expressing general truths and lasting states. On the other hand, the verbal sentence indicates occurrence and renewal, making it more appropriate for contexts that describe repeated actions or temporary events.
The research relied on the Qur’an, Arabic poetry, and classical grammatical sources to highlight these differences, with documented examples and references.
The study concludes that the semantic distinction between the two sentence types goes beyond grammatical structure; it extends to the fields of meaning, rhetorical purposes, and the effect of linguistic expression on the audience.
This confirms that Arabic grammar is not merely a set of formal rules but a science deeply connected with semantics and rhetoric.
