الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة درجة توظيف استراتيجية التعلم الالكتروني من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس أنفسهم، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة مع بناء أداة لجمع البينات. حيث تم اعداد استبانة تكونت من (28) عبارة متضمنة ثلاثة محاور: الأول: تحقيق الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمين وتأهيلهم، الثاني: جاهزية البنية التقنية التحتية، الثالث: نشر ثقافة التعلم الالكتروني. وتم قياس الصدق والثبات للأداة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (66) معلمًا ومعلمة، من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، حيث تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة، حيث تم تطبيق الاستبانة الكترونيا في الفصل الدراسي الاول من العام الدراسي 2024/2025م.
وبينت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي:
كشفت الدراسة ان دور معلمي المدراس في توظيف استراتيجية التعلم الالكتروني كانت عالية في النقب، وكذلك انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور معلمي المدارس في توظيف التعلم الالكتروني تعزى للجنس، للمؤهل العلمي ولسنوات الخبرة.
وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اجراء أبحاث في هذا المضمار على نطاق معلمين أوسع ومراحل تعليمية مختلفة.

Abstract
The study aimed to determine the extent to which e-learning strategies are employed from the perspective of schoolteachers themselves. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical survey method to describe the study variables and developed a tool for data collection.
A questionnaire was prepared, consisting of 28 items divided into three dimensions:
- Meeting teachers’ training needs and preparing them.
- Readiness of technical infrastructure.
- Promoting a culture of e-learning.
The validity and reliability of the tool were measured. The study sample consisted of 66 primary school teachers (male and female), selected through a non-random, convenience sampling method. The questionnaire was administered electronically during the first semester of the 2024 academic year.
Study Findings:
- The results revealed that the role of schoolteachers in employing e-learning strategies was high in the Negev.
- There were no statistically significant differences in the role of schoolteachers in utilizing e-learning strategies based on gender, educational qualifications, or years of experience.
Recommendations:
The study recommended conducting further research on this subject across a broader range of teachers and different educational levels.Keywords: Utilization level, e-learning, schoolteachers.
