الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع سيادة الدولة في اليمن، وتوضيح مدى تأثير الصراعات العربية عليها خلال الفترة (1990-2022)؛ بالإضافة إلى المنهجين التاريخي والقانوني في إطار المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لمناقشة المشكلة البحثية وتحليلها، من خلال إبراز بعض الأحداث والشواهد السياسية التي جرت في اليمن.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أبرزها: أن الصراعات العربية أثرت على سيادة الدولة في اليمن، حيث كانت اليمن هي الحلقة الأضعف في التفاعلات العربية المختلفة؛ كما خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين الصراعات العربية ومستوى التأثير على سيادة الدولة في اليمن، فكلما اشتدت الصراعات العربية كان مستوى التأثير على سيادة الدولة في اليمن أعلى.
وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إنهاء حالة الانقسام والصراعات الداخلية، لبناء دولة قوية تستطيع تطبيق مبدأ سيادة القانون ومواجهة أي تهديدات خارجية قد ثؤثر على سيادة الدولة.

abstract:
This study aimed to diagnose the reality of state sovereignty in Yemen, and to clarify the extent of the impact of the Arab conflicts on it during the period (1990-2022). In addition to the historical and legal approaches within the framework of the descriptive and analytical approach, to discuss and analyze the research problem, by highlighting some of the political evidence that took place in Yemen.
The study concluded a number of results, most notably: the Arab conflicts affected the sovereignty of the state in Yemen, as Yemen was the weakest link in the various Arab interactions; The study also concluded that there is a direct relationship between Arab conflicts and the level of influence on state sovereignty in Yemen. The more intense the Arab conflicts were, the higher the level of influence on state sovereignty in Yemen .
The study recommended the need to end the state of division and internal conflicts, in order to build a strong state that can implement the principle of the rule of law and confront any external threats that may affect the state’s sovereignty.
