هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المدرسة في تعزيز السلوك الايجابي لقيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمدارس منطقة سمائل من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف أبرزها: معرفة الدور الذي تقوم به المدرسة في غرس السلوك الإيجابي لقيم المواطنة الرقيمة لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي، وكيفية ارشادهم من مخاطر استخدام التكنولوجيا، أيضاً التعَرف على درجة الوعي الذي تتمتع به إدارات المدارس والمعلمين بمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية وركائزها (التربية الرقمية). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أُستخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج دراسة الحالة، بينما اعتمدت في جمع البيانات على أداة الاستبانة باعتبارها المصدر الأساسي في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في مجموعة من تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من المرحلة الأساسية بمدارس محافظة الداخلية، مدينة سمائل بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من المدراء والمعلمين ببعض المدارس بولاية سمائل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: ان مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمنطقة سمائل تسهم في نشر وغرس وتعزيز ركائز وقيم المواطنة الرقمية بنسبة مجتمعة بلغت (80%)، تتفاوت من مدرسة إلى أخرى، كما بينت الدراسة إن من أكثر المعوقات والإفرازات التي تواجه مجتمع المستفيدين تتمثل في إنتهاك الخصوصية والإستخدام الغير آمن للتكنولوجيا بنسبة بلغت 90%، ويمكن تلافي تلك المعيقات عن طريق نشر ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية في المجتمعات. من أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة إجراء العديد من الدراسات والبحوث في مجال المواطنة الرقمية لفهم احتياجات المجتمعات المختلفة، مع ضرورة القيام بتعليم قيم المواطنة الرقمية حتى يستطيع الأفراد العمل على تطوير كفاءاتهم على الأنظمة التقنية المختلفة ومشاركة إبداعاتهم لمراقبة نشاطهم.

Abstract:
This study aimed to know the role of schools in promoting positive digital citizenship values among students in the second cycle of basic education in the Samayil region. The primary objective is to understand how schools contribute to instilling these values and guiding students on the safe use of technology. Additionally, the study evaluates school administrators’ and teachers’ awareness of digital citizenship and its foundational principles (digital education). To achieve the objectives of the study, both the descriptive analytical approach and the case study approach were used. Data was primarily collected using a questionnaire. The study sample included students from the second cycle of primary education in schools in Al Dakhiliyah Province, specifically in the city of Samayil, as well as principals and teachers from various schools in the Samayil state. The study revealed several key findings: Firstly, schools in the second cycle of basic education in the Samayil region contribute to the dissemination, reinforcement, and instillation of digital citizenship values and principles with an overall effectiveness rate of 80%, though this varies between schools. Secondly, the study identified that the major challenges faced by the community include privacy violations and unsafe technology use, impacting 90% of the population. These issues could be mitigated by promoting a stronger culture of digital citizenship within the community. One of the study’s key recommendations is to undertake further research in the field of digital citizenship to better understand the needs of various communities. It is also essential to teach digital citizenship values so that individuals can enhance their skills across different technological platforms and effectively share their creativity while monitoring their activities.
