رحمةُ النَّبي صلّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلّم بالضعفاء
” دراسة موضوعية في السنة النبوية”
الملخص:
هذا البحث تناول رحمة النبي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بالضعفاء، الأطفال، والنساء، والمرضى، والفقراء، والأرقاء، وكبار السّن, من خلال دراسة موضوعية لنماذج واقعية وردت في السنة النبوية, مع تحليلها واستخلاص الدروس منها, ووضح أن رحمة النبي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كانت منهجًا شاملًا متكاملًا، جمع بين الرعاية، والحماية، والنّصرة, والتعليم، والإصلاح، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، مع توثيق الأحاديث، وربطها بتطبيقات معاصرة في حقوق الضعفاء ورعاية المجتمعات, وتحليل نماذج من السنة، مع استنباط الدروس والتطبيقات المعاصرة, وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة, منها: أن النصوص من السنة النبوية بينت عناية الإسلام بالضعفاء، وحثّت على الإحسان إليهم ورعايتهم, و أن المجتمع الذي تسوده الرحمة بالضعفاء يكون أكثر تماسكاً واستقراراً, وأن رحمة النبي صلى الله عليه و بالضعفاء لم تكن عاطفة مجردة، بل كانت سلوكاً عملياً في التعامل اليومي معهم, وبناء على النتائج تقدم الدراسة التّوصيات التّالية: تشجيع البحث العلمي في موضوعات السيرة النبوية التي تعزز القيم الإنسانية في المجتمع, وتقوي قيم التكافل والتراحم بين أفراد المجتمع, و المبادرة إلى تقديم العون للمحتاجين بصفة أخص عند الكوارث والأزمات, وأن لا يكتفى بالكلام فقط, مع إنشاء صناديق تكافليّة, لتقديم العون عند الحاجة.

Abstract
The present research discussed the prophet’s mercy to the vulnerable; children, women, the sick, the poor, the slaves and the elderly people. The research studied objectively real examples narrated in the Sunah and analyzed them for their lessons. The analysis showed that his mercy had been a comprehensive and integrated method which combined care and protection, support and education as well as reform. The researcher adopted the analytical deductive method and documentation of the Hadith connecting them with contemporary applications for the rights of the vulnerable. The most important findings of the research are; the texts from the prophetic Sunah have shown Islam care for the vulnerable and the communities where mercy is dominant is stronger and more stable and that the prophet’s mercy is not mere emotion but a practical behaviour to deal with the vulnerable on daily basis. Based on the findings, the research recommended that diligent researchers should conduct further research on the prophet biography that enhances the humanitarian values in the society and strengthen the values of solidarity among the people. There should also be an initiative to lend a hand in times of catastrophes and crisis as well as establish solidarity funds to offer help when needed.
